摘 要:矿井提升机逆变器中功率半导体器件易发生故障,提出一种基于空间矢量控制的容错逆变器,实现故障发生后逆变器由六开关拓扑切换至四开关拓扑持续工作。分析得到四开关逆变器空间矢量分布图,针对其不含零矢量的问题,提出用等时间相反矢量来代替零矢量的作用。为减少器件的开关次数,建立了四开关SVPWM的"七段式"算法。最后,基于Matlab/Simulink对提出的容错逆变器控制方法进行了仿真验证,结果表明所提方法的可行性和有效性。Power semiconductor faults frequently occur in the inverter of mine hoist. A fault tolerant inverter based on space vector control is proposed in this paper, which can be reconfigured from six switches topology to four switches topology after the fault to continue operation. According to the analysis, we present the space vector distribution graph of the four switches inverter. Because of the absence of zero vector, opposite vectors which operate the same time make the equivalent of zero vector. To reduce the switching frequency of power devices, the implementation method of four-switch SVPWM with seven-segment scheme is assumed. Finally, a simulation is done based on Matlab/ Simulink to verify the control method of the proposed fault tolerant inverter. Results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
