摘  要:采煤机螺旋滚筒的装煤效率影响因素较多,采用理论解析法结合计算机模拟方法对影响螺旋滚筒截煤效率的因素进行了分析,最后得出采煤机的牵引速度、螺旋叶片的倾斜角度以及螺旋滚筒转数三因素对于采煤机滚筒的截煤效果影响较大,通过正交试验法得到三因素对截煤效果的影响程度并提出最佳参数组合策略。There are many factors affecting efficiency of screw drum of shearer coaling, paper mainly use the theory analytical method combining computer simulation method to analysis the factors affecting efficiency of screw drum cutting coal, finally it is concluded that coal mining machine drawing speed, the spiral Angle of the blade and screw drum revolutions three factors for cutting drum of shearer had a greater influence on the effect of coal, is obtained by orthogonal test method the influence degree of the three factors on the effect of cutting coal and best parameter combination strategy is put forward.
