摘  要:在管道设计与运行管理中,对输气管道的储气调峰能力与管径的关系存在普遍误解,在未区分管道调峰范围的情况下,片面认定管道口径越大,调峰能力越大。基于此,按管道调峰范围的不同,分别论述了管径对管道月峰、日峰及小时峰调节能力的影响。通过对管道储气能力相对管径求导,证明对于调节小时峰的管道存在最优管径,使管道小时调峰储气量最大,采用动态水力分析软件,结合工程实例进行分析,验证了该结论的正确性。通过数学推导和定量计算,纠正了"管径越大,调峰能力越大"的认识,对今后输气管道设计与建设管理有重要的指导意义。The relationship of gas peak shaving capability and pipeline diameter is generally misunderstood in the pipeline design and operation management. Peak shaving capacity is one-sided affirmed increasing with pipeline diameter regardless of the pipeline shaving coverage. In this regard, depending on the pipeline peak shaving coverage, the impact of pipeline diameter on the peak shaving capability is investigated by month, day and hour separately. The pipeline diameter in relative to gas storage capacity is derived to prove that an optimal pipeline diameter exists for the pipeline adjusting the hour-peak to provide a maximum daily shaving capacity. This conclusion is verified using hydraulic analysis software, on the basis of an engineering project. Through mathematical derivation and quantitative calculation, aforesaid one-sided understanding is corrected, which will be a significant reference for gas pipeline design and construction management in the future.
