“人性化”高层住宅园林绿化设计探析——以陇南市天润嘉园为例

摘　　要：随着中国城市居民的物质生活水平与精神生活水平的提高,引发了人们对居住区绿化设计中"以人为本"思想的探讨。文章以陇南市天润嘉园为研究对象,在系统明确"以人为本"设计原则的基础上,对项目进行"因地制宜"的梳理,针对高层住宅空间狭小的实际情况,宏观构筑"一顶、一轴、两区、三带"景观体系,探索"人性化"园林环境建设的有效途径,为同类住宅小区绿化设计提供参考。With the improvement of material living standard and spiritual living standard of Chinese urban residents, the people＇s discussion on the ＂people-oriented＂ idea in the green design of the residential area occurs. The paper takes Tianrun Jiayuan in Longnan City as a study object to carry out the ＂adjusting measures to differing conditions＂ arrangement of the project on the basis of systematically determining the ＂people-oriented＂ design principle, grandly build the landscape system of ＂one top, one axis, two areas and three belts＂ according to the actual situation of narrow space of high-rise residences, explore the effective way of ＂humanity＂ landscape environment construction, and provide the reference for the greening design of similar residential communities.
