农民工非正规就业状况分析——基于山东省的抽样问卷调查

摘　　要：农民工非正规就业成为农村剩余劳动力转移的重要途径,为了了解农民工非正规就业的特点,对山东省内的农民工进行抽样问卷调查,共发放800份文卷,回收650分,其中完整问卷479份,数据分析时,对缺失数据采用了个案删除的方法。通过问卷的描述性统计分析、t-检验、卡方检验等,从务工时间、务工地距离、务工收入、务工经历和土地影响方面,分析了农民工非正规就业的基本状况。最后从促进农民工非正规就业和提高非正规就业收入的角度提出了建议。Informal employment is an important way for the rural labor to transferring. In order to know well the characteristics of the rural migrant worker＇s inrormal employment,a questionnaire survey was operated. Totally,800 questionnaires were distributed, 650 were collected,and 479 were valid. The analysis of rural migrant worker＇s employment includes work time, distance from home, earning,work experience and contract land, and analysis methods includes t-test,Chi square test,and other descriptive statistics analysis. At last,several suggestions were proposed about how to enhance informal employment and increase earning of informal employment.
