摘　　要：巴山水电站导流隧洞由于前期开挖占用工期较多,导致后期衬砌工期紧张;根据导流隧洞上层贯通后揭露的实际地质条件,对导流隧洞的衬砌设计进行了优化,保证了河床截流的目标进度。The earlier stage excavation of diversion tunnel at Bashan Hydropower Station has taken a long period,and leads to later concrete lining in urgent time.According to the actual geological conditions exposed after the breakthrough of the upper layer of diversion tunnel,the design of diversion tunnel lining was optimized,which ensures the target progress of river closure.
