润肠通下法治疗痰热壅肺型急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察润肠通下法治疗痰热壅肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效。方法将90例患者随机分为两组各45例。对照组采用西医常规治疗方案,观察组在西医治疗基础上联合应用润肠通下法进行辨证施治。两组均在治疗10 d后予以疗效评价。结果观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为86.67%和66.67%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的pH值、PO2、PCO2及血氧饱和度值分别为(7.39±0.04)、(75.74±6.34)mmHg、(55.42±9.24)mmHg和(95.10±2.29)%,较对照组的(7.36±0.02)、(69.11±5.28)mmHg、(66.77±8.35)mmHg和(91.45±1.09)%明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后观察组的SGRQ各评分项均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论润肠通下法治疗痰热雍肺型AECOPD疗效肯定,较单纯西医治疗具有起效快、疗程短、恢复好等优势。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Runchangtongxia method treating AECOPD with phlegm- heat and harmony Lung syndrome. Methods： 90 AECOPD patients with phlegm-heat and harmony lung syn- drome were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine while observation group on the basis of that was given dialectical treat- ment of Runchangtongxia method. The curative effects of both groups were evaluated 10 days later. Results： After treatment,the total effective rates of observation group and control group were 86.67% and 66.67% respectively. pH,PO2,PCO2,and Oxygen saturation were （7.39±0.04）, （75.74±6.34） mmHg, （55.42±9.24） mmHg,and （95.10±2.29 ） % respectively, obviously higher than （7.36±0.02）, （69.11±5.28 ） mmHg, （66.77±8.35） mmHg, and （91.45± 1.09）% of control group. After treatment,SGRQ indices were higher than those of control group,and the data is statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Runchangtongxia method treating AECOPD with phlegm-heat and harmony lung syndrome has advantages of quicker effect,shorter course ,and better recovery compared to pure western medicine treatment.
