摘　　要：为处理劳动争议,越南政府规定了调解、仲裁、诉讼与罢工程序。有关各方采取了重视劳动者权益的保障、加强工会干部的专业培训、促进对工人信息的沟通与掌握、成立特别任务小组以应对突发事件等具体措施。但在实践中,越南劳动争议解决机制仍存在中立方不中立、处理效率低等问题。There are conciliation, arbitration, litigation and strike proceedings for labor dispute resolution in Vietnam. In order to better handle labor disputes, related parties take a series of measures such as emphasizing the guarantee of labor＇s rights, strengthening the professional train of labor unions＇ officers, promoting the exchange of labor＇s messages and setting up task forces. Inefficient settlement of labor dispute resolution is artificial tripartite mechanism in Vietnam.
