摘　　要：本文在田野调查的基础上对南路边茶传统制作工艺流程与特点,及其历史变迁轨迹进行了系统性的梳理与分析,同时对当代语境下南路边茶的文化环境变迁和保护进行了讨论。Based on further field survey,this paper systematically analyzes the flow,feature and evolutionary trace of traditional manufacture technique of Southern Route Tea. At the same time,it discusses on the cultural environment changes and the protection of the Southern Route Tea in contemporary context.
