摘　　要：通过对全国29个省份(不含北京市、福建省)2008—2012年食品药品监督管理行政机构餐饮安全监管人员数据进行分析,了解我国第六次行政管理体制改革后餐饮安全监管人员分布情况及变化趋势,以期为今后相关研究提供参考。Through analyzing the data of catering safety inspectors in food and drug administrative institutions among 29 provinces（ except Beijing city and Fujian province） from 2008 to 2012,this article described the prevalence and trends of catering safety inspectors in food and drug administrative system to afford the reference for relevant research in the future.
