摘  要:ESP教学逐渐成为大学英语教学的中心。基于此,以ESP教学理论及我国大学英语ESP教学现状为切入点,探讨ESP教学中大学英语教师应具备的素质与能力,进而提出了通过个人自主探索、群体协作发展,以及创建宏观条件等,旨在提高大学英语教师整体素质、实现大学英语教师群体发展的策略。ESP teaching has become the center of college English teaching. Based on ESP instructional theory and the characteristics of ESP teaching in China,the qualities and abilities of college English teachers in ESP teaching are discussed. The development strategies of college English teachers such as exploring independently,developing cooperatively and completing system are proposed so that the essential qualities of the teachers in ESP teaching can be improved and the development of college English teacher group can be realized.
