摘　　要：阐述了变位齿轮加工过程中渐开线变位齿轮齿廓的形成机理,从而推出新的变位齿轮齿廓坐标方程,在实践中使用三维软件Pro/ENGINEER建立齿轮模型时,正确使用这一坐标方程,从而建立准确的变位齿轮模型。This paper mainly elaborates on the formation mechanism of involute teeth when the x-gear is being processed in a bid to induce a new coordinate equation drawing tooth. The purpose of correctly using the coordinate equation is to guide students to set up a x-gear model accurately on the basis of Pro/ENGINEER software.
