摘 要:由于微生物在去除污染物中的独特作用,生物降解被视为相对有效、经济节能、最有希望的水处理技术之一。近年来,各国学者应用固定化微生物技术对不同类型的废水的处理进行了大量的研究,取得了令人瞩目的研究成果。本文介绍了固定化微生物技术的最新进展,比较了不同固定化方法的优劣,指出了人工合成高分子垫层材料在稳定性、耐生物降解性、扩散性等方面具有明显的优势,但依然有许多不足。最后,指出了固定化微生物技术需要注意和改进的问题。Biodegradation that involves the capabilities of microorganisms in the removal of pollutants is considered to be one of the most promising,relatively efficient, energy-save and cost-effective technology. In recent years, a vast amount of researches have been done in purifying different kinds of polluted water by immobilized microbial cells. Several artificial immobilization methods have been examined and impressive results have been achieved.The aim of this review is to introduce the latest research progress in immobilized microbial technology. The advantages and disadvantages of different immobilization methods are compared, and point out that synthetic polymerbedding materialhas obvious advantagesin terms of stability, resistance to biologicaldegradation, diffusion, etc., but also suffer from several disadvantages in comparison to the treatment of fluids by naturally attached microorganisms. Further improvements of the immobilized microorganism technology that need to pay attention are also discussed in the end of this essay.
