摘 要:提出生物活性砂反应器(ASB),即以间歇洗砂模式运行内装颗粒活性炭的活性砂过滤器。采用生活污水对该反应器进行自然挂膜启动,考察启动过程中水力负荷依次为0.56、1.12、2.53 m^3/(m^2·d)时,COD、TOC、UV254的去除效果。结果表明,经过28d连续进水挂膜成功,ASB对COD和UV254有较好的去除效果,去除率分别达54%~61%、75%~80%。提出以COD和TOC的去除率稳定作为判断ASB挂膜成功的标志。ASB以间歇洗砂模式进行,与传统连续洗砂模式的活性砂过滤器相比,高效节能,是一种适应乡镇污水处理的新途径。An active sand biofilter(ASB), operated in intermittent sand-washing mode on the base of active sand filter and loaded with granular activated carbon(GAC) as media for natural biofilm formation, was proposed in this paper. The start-up process of this new kind of active sand filter was investigated with domestic wastewater under the conditions of different hydraulic loading, 0.56 m^3/(m^2·d), 1.12 m^3/(m^2·d) and 2.53 m^3/(m^2·d), respectively. The removal rates of COD, TOC and UV254 were studied. The experimental results showed that active sand biofilter could successful remove COD and UV254 effectively after 28 d of start-up. The removal rates under the stable operation were 54%~61%, 75%~80%, respectively. Furthermore, the removal rates of COD and TOC could be used as a indicate judging whether the biofilm is mature or not were also presented. Compared with active sand filter operated in traditional continuous sand-washing mode, the active sand biofilter has an obvious advantage due to its high-efficiency and energy-saving.
