摘 要:对一辆轻型汽油车在不同海拔环境下进行了滑行试验,并用试验结果证明了滑行阻力理论计算的平均误差在±4%以内;接着进行等速和NEDC循环工况下的油耗和排放试验,得到了汽车滑行阻力、油耗和排放性能随海拔的变化规律。结果表明:滑行阻力随海拔和温度升高而减小;海拔每升高1 000m,等速和NEDC循环100km油耗平均降低0.2L;各海拔下等速排放很小,可以忽略;NEDC循环试验中,海拔每增加1 000m,THC、CO、NOx和NMHC分别平均增加19%、23%、21%和23%。Coast-down tests are conducted on a light-duty gasoline vehicle at different altitudes,and the test results are used to verify the error of casting resistance by theoretical calculation,being within ± 4 %. Then the fuel consumption and emission tests are performed with both cruising and NEDC driving cycles to get the law of the change of fuel economy and emission performance with increasing altitudes. The results show that the coasting resistance reduces with the rises in altitude and temperature. With the rise of altitude by every 1000 meters,the fuel consumptions with both cruising and NEDC driving cycles lower by 0. 2L /100 km on average; The cruising emissions only have little change at different altitudes and are negligible,while in NEDC test,with the rise of altitude by every1000 meters,the emissions of THC,CO,NOxand NMHC increase by 19%,23%,21% and 23% on average respectively.
