摘 要:为了揭示成兰铁路建设前后铁路周边敏感区域噪声值的变化,以及对该区域内大熊猫生态习性及其栖息地影响的过程与机制,探讨铁路建设对大熊猫及其栖息地的影响和保护管理措施,我们于2013年11-12月对成兰铁路穿越千佛山和宝顶沟两个自然保护区的路段开展施工前期噪声背景值测量与同域分布大中型兽类调查.结果发现:1、两个自然保护区各有近75%样线区域噪声值大小与距离铁路规划线的远近无相关性;2、两个保护区在距铁路规划线的不同距离上的噪声值都出现了差异,其中除了距离200 m和500 m处的噪声差异不显著以外,其余均呈显著差异;3、铁路规划线所穿越的千佛山自然保护区内的同域大中型兽类种类和数量显著多于宝顶沟自然保护区.最后,为更好地保护大熊猫种群及其栖息地,就所得结果进行讨论并提出保护管理建议.This study was made to reveal the changes of the noise values of the surrounded sensitive areas before and after the construction of Chenglan railway,as well as their effects on the giant panda and its habitat. To explore and discus the impact of giant pandas and its habitat affected by constructing railway and to propose conservation and management measures,we measured the background noise value and investigated the sympatric large and mediumsized Mammals of giant panda habitat in the sections of Chenglan railway's Qianfoshan nature reserve and Baodinggou nature reserve from November to December in 2013.The results indicated that:1. There was no correlations between the noise value and the vertical distance from the railway of nearly 75% transect line in Qianfoshan Natural Reserve and Baodinggou Natural Reserve.2. Significant differences appeared on the noise value at different distances from the railway in the two natural reserves. Except the noise values at the distance of 200 meters and 500 meters,the rest one were significantly different.3. The number and species of companion animals in Qianfoshan nature reserve were more than the ones in Baodinggou nature reserve obviously in the sections of Chenglan railway. Finally,in order to better protect the giant panda population and its habitat,conservation and management recommendations were proposed.
