浙江省农产品虚拟水供求关系变化研究

摘　　要：依据虚拟水理论,从居民消费和农业生产两个方面,定量分析了2007～2011年期间浙江省农产品虚拟水供求变化情况。结果表明居民消费中的农产品虚拟水总量总体呈下降趋势,农业生产中的农产品虚拟水总量呈上升趋势;除2007年外,2008～2011年的农产品虚拟水供求关系均表现为供过于求,农产品虚拟水流动呈净流出状态,且流出量在逐年增加。This paper quantitatively analyzed the changes of relationship between supply and demand of agricultural virtual water in Zhejiang Province during the period from 2007 to 2011on the basis of virtual water theory and related data from two aspects of consumption and agricultural production.Research results show that the amount of virtual water of agricultural product in consumption appears downward trend,and the amount of virtual water of agricultural products in production appears upward trend;the relationship between virtual water supply and demand is on the state of oversupply from 2008 to 2011year;agricultural virtual water appears the state of outflow,and increased year by year.
