摘 要:为使水电富集地区供需平衡和富余水电消纳计算分析更加准确合理,提出了一种月度电量平衡方法,以月度典型日负荷模型建立为基础,将水电工作位置安排过程转化为多目标优化问题,考虑了最大出力、平均出力及火电开机三方面约束条件,采用速度跟踪粒子群优化算法进行电源最优位置安排,根据水电容量电量的利用情况,结合工程实践分类别研究了水电富余电量计算及其消纳的方法,并通过算例验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性。In order to make supply-demand balance in hydropower rich area and surplus hydropower consumptive calculation more scientifically and rationally,a monthly balance calculation method is present in the paper.Based on establishing monthly typical daily load model,hydropower work position arrangement is transformed to a multi-objective optimization problem by considering constraints of maximum output,average output and unit commitment of thermal power.And then improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to arrange work positions of power source.According to utilization of capacity and electricity of hydropower,classification hydropower surplus electricity and its consumptive calculation methods are studied with engineering practice.Example cases show that the proposed method has characteristics of reliability and practicability.
