第30届奥运会中国女子篮球队攻防技术分析

摘　　要：长期以来中国女子篮球队以亚洲霸主自居,但在奥运会最好成绩是亚军,而2012年伦敦奥运会战绩高开低走,以最终排名第六而收官奥运会。为了找出中国女篮的优势和不足,为中国女篮重振雄风提供理论依据。研究显示:中国队在本届奥运会比赛中得分能力不强与对手实力有较大的相关性,具体表现:遇强不强、遇弱较强;进攻篮板仍是中国女篮能否跻身世界女篮4强的瓶颈;中国女篮的场均助攻受对手实力影响;中国队防守篮板实力自身基础较差;其中抢断能力提高要表现在区域防守的伸缩性、防守针对性和有效性、进攻流畅性和合理性、队员体能储备和阵容合理搭配等方面;封盖意识、时机、身体控制能力等仍需加强;中国女篮控制自身犯规次数较为理想。Though being dominant for a long time in Asia, the best result of Chinese women＇ s basketball team was the runner-up and it ranked sixth in the 2012 London Olympics in spite of its wonderful performance at first. In order to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the Chinese women＇ s basketball team and provide theoretical basis for its achievement of vitality in the future, the thesis shows that： there is a correlation between the performance of the Chinese team in the Olympic Games and the competence of its rivals. Specifically speaking, its excellent performance is based on the weak competence of its rivals; the offensive rebounds is still one of the bottlenecks to rank before the fourth place for Chinese women＇ s basketball team; The ability of Chinese women＇ s basketball team is influenced by the opponents; the competence of its defensive rebound is not strong; the key point of improving its performance lies in the scalability, pertinence, effectiveness, attacking fluency and rationality in regional defense as well as the physical reserves and the reasonable collocation of players. Moreover, block consciousness, timing and body control ability are still in need of strengthening. However, the Chinese women＇ s basketball team has a better control of itself in foul.
