摘 要:采用SEM-EDS相结合的手段,研究了热轧中板表面麻面缺陷的宏观/微观形貌及麻面缺陷的形成机理。将两个钢种进行加热轧制,并对成品表面质量进行检测,发现加热温度进行高低温转换时,升降温速率过快易造成批量麻面缺陷;不采用末道次除鳞钢板表面起皮严重;而且采用高压水大流量和小流量相结合的方式除鳞,可以提高热轧后钢板的表面质量同时也提高抛丸后钢板的表面质量。Macroscopic or microscopic morphology and formation mechanism of pitting defects on the surface of hot-rolled plate were studied by means of SEM-EDS.After the two steel grades heated and rolled,the surface quality of the plates were detected.It could be found that too rapid raising and falling temperature caused large pitting defects and serious flaking on the surface of plates without last pass descaling.The descaling process with high pressure water both high flow and low flow has been used to improve the surface quality of hot-rolled steel sheet after rolling and shot blasting.
