摘　　要：中国共产党人高度重视把马克思主义的民族理论与中国的民族工作实践相结合,邓小平就是其中杰出的代表,他把公平正义放在第一位,大力发展生产力,坚决维护民族团结。邓小平为中国特色社会主义发展,加强中华民族大团结,实现各民族共同繁荣,推进各民族的大融和,从经济、政治、文化、社会各方面积极创造有利条件,高举民族团结的旗帜,捍卫国家民族的最高利益。邓小平饱含着对少数民族群众的关心、爱护、信任和支持,特别注重培养少数民族干部,根据少数民族地区的基础探索,作出了民族区域自治顶层设计,为实行民族区域自治打下了坚实的基础。China attaches great importance to the national communist theory of Marxism with China＇s national work practice,Deng is one of the outstanding representatives,he put fairness and justice in the first place,developing the productive forces,resolutely safeguard national unity. Deng Xiaoping in the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,strengthened the great unity of the Chinese nation and achieved common prosperity of all ethnic groups,and promoted the integration of various ethnic groups large and actively created favorable conditions for the economic,political,cultural,social,and held high the banner of national unity,defended the supreme interests of the nation. Deng Xiaoping fully concerned with minority people,loving,trusting and supporting them,particularly emphasing training minority cadres,according to the foundation,exploring the ethnic minority areas,making the top-level design for regional ethnic autonomy in order to exercise regional ethnic autonomy,which laid a solid foundation for regional ethnic autonomy.
