贵州农村自我发展模式探析

摘　　要：少数民族地区农村自我发展是提升少数民族地区发展能力的关键,人居环境改造是提升农村自我发展的新视角。因此,本文基于农村人居环境改造与自我发展能力培育关系,总结提练贵州省基于传统聚落景观的村落人居环境优化建设、基于原生态民族旅游村寨建设、基于旅游景点和自然遗产辐射带动村寨建设、基于户外探险旅游的山地村寨建设等自我发展导向模式。并从规章制度建设、规划、融资渠道、基础设施建设、教育等方面提出实现自我发展的农村人居环境改造的对策。Based on the analysis of the environment of rural residential renovation and self development ability cultivating relations on the basis of summing up,Guizhou self development pattern of rural residential reconstruction based on the environment is presented,such as the village residential environment construction based on the traditional settlement landscape,the optimization oriented mode based on oriented mode,the original ecological Ethnic Tourism Village Based on construction oftourist attraction and the natural heritage radiation village construction oriented model,mountain village construction of outdoor adventure tourism based on guiding model,and the countermeasures are put forward to achieve the environmental transformation of the rural human settlement of self-development.
