摘  要:提出开放实验学概念及围绕它进行开放实验室建设的基本框架;包括理论体系、教学机制、管理和保障机制、教师队伍、评价机制等五个方面。其指导思想为顶层设计,体现学校特色,科研精神从青少年抓起、从科学实验和科学实验方法抓起等。具体途径为借鉴国内外经验、抓好校内实验室建设、大力推行和开展产学研政结合、改革课程体系、学校各级职能部门转换角色等。The concept of opening experimentics and around it the framework of open lab construction was proposed,which including theory,teaching and learning mechanics,management and safeguarding mechanism,team of teachers,evaluation mechanism,etc. According to the concept,the guiding principles to construct an open lab were summarized as top-level design,characteristic embodiment of each school,spirit of doing scientific research from juvenile and scientific experiment as well as methods of scientific research,etc. The approach to achieve includes learning foreign experience,constructing labs inside the school,pushing production,teaching research integrating program,reforming curricula,transmitting the role of the functional departments of the school,etc.
