补体C1q与系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动性的相关研究

摘　　要：目的研究补体Clq与系统性红斑狼疮(systemic erythematosus,SLE)疾病活动的相关性。方法用免疫透射比浊法测定60例SLE患者、40例其他风湿性疾病患者及30名健康对照者血清中补体Clq的水平,比较各组人群血清中Clq水平的差异,研究血清中Clq水平与系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动指数(systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index,SLEDAI)的关系。结果 SLE组的血清Clq水平(152±30mg/L)显著低于其他风湿性疾病患者(198±25mg/L)及健康对照者(187±28mg/L),P<0.05;SLE活动期Clq水平(134±34mg/L)明显低于SLE稳定期(162±25mg/L),P<0.05;补体Clq水平与SLE的活动性(SLEDA1评分)呈显著性负相关,r=-0.453。结论血清Clq水平在SLE中降低,血清Clq水平与SLE病情活动性相关。Objective To evaluate the correlation of C1 q and SLE（systemic erythematosus）.Methods 60 SLE patients,40 other Rheumatic diseases patients and 30 healthy control were involved in the trial.The serum level of C1 q was detected by immunity transmission turbidity.Evaluated the serum level of C1 q of the three groups of people.Studied the relationship between the level of C1 q in serum and SLEDAI（systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index）.Results Compared with other Rheumatic diseases group（198±25mg/L）and healthy control group（187±28mg/L）,the serum level of C1 q in the SLE patients（152±28mg/L）was lower（P〈0.05）;The serum level of C1 q in SLE active phase（134±34 mg/L）is much lower than that of SLE stable phase（162±25mg/L）（P〈0.05）.Simple correlation analysis showed that the level of C1 q in serum was negatively correlated with the SLEDAI,r=-0.453.Conclusion The serum level of C1 q is lower in SLE,the level of C1 q in serum was negatively correlated with the active status of SLE.
