摘　　要：报纸离不开副刊,副刊在留住读者方面发挥着十分重要的作用;副刊离不开专栏,好的专栏是报纸副刊的灵魂;专栏要办出个性和地方特色,让读者喜爱;要办好专栏,还要充分利用新媒体、新平台,加强与作者、读者的互动,实现良性循环、多方共赢。Newspaper supplements have formed an inalienable part of the newspaper and play a crucial role in keeping the readers and authors; the supplements cannot do without columns and a good column is the soul of the newspaper supplements. The columns should be enlightened with individual and local features to attract the readers.Only by making full use of new media,new platforms,strengthening the interaction between the readers and the authors and carrying out a virtuous circulation,can the columns be operated successfully and a multiple win- win situation be achieved.
