食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血内镜下治疗的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的内镜下治疗方法和护理要点。方法:对15例食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者进行内镜下组织黏合剂、套扎术及注射硬化剂治疗,并采取针对性护理。结果 15例患者均手术成功。结论:良好术前心理指导,稳定患者情绪是取得患者配合的前提,做好内镜下硬化、组织黏合剂、套扎治疗的前期准备,可更好地提高手术疗效,术中操作动作轻柔,加强观察和密切配合医生是完成操作及保证疗效的关键,术后绝对卧床休息、严密观察病情变化,严格的饮食管理,并予心理护理、用药观察、出院指导,对患者的预后和预防并发症的发生有良好的意义,是提高此项治疗成功率的保证。Objective To study the nursing methods in the endoscopic treatment of Esophageal Variceal bleeding. Method 15 patients with Esophageal Variceal bleeding were treated by Endoscopic injection sclerotherapy,tissue adhesiVes and ligation,Simultaneously targeted care. Results 15 patients were all recoVered and discharged by the intensiVe nursing care. Conclusion to achieVe patients＆#39;conniVance was based on the premise that patients are taken good psychological guidance of stabilizing the mood before endoscopic surgery. The PreoperatiVe preparation could effectiVely improVe the success rate. During the surgery it is important of careful obserVation and close coordination for nurses with doctors. It is the guarantee to improVe the success rate of surgery and reduce the incidence of complications by postoperatiVe ab-solute bed rest,close obserVation,strict diet management,good psychological care,reasonable medication and well organized discharge in-structions.
