中日汽车组合开关标准的对比分析

摘　　要：针对市场对高性能组合开关的需求以及组合开关测试方法的发展趋势,从汽车组合开关试验中的环境适应性、动作特性、电接触性能、强度、耐久性5个指标,对比分析了中日两国标准在测试项目和测试方法方面的异同之处,指出我国汽车组合开关标准的发展现状和存在的不足,并提出改进建议,为进一步修订汽车组合开关试验方法和标准提供参考。To meet the market demand for high-performance switches and trends of combination switch testing methods, from five indica- tors including auto pilot environmental adaptability, operating characteristics, electrical contact performance, strength, durability, comparative analysis of the Chinese and Japan standard test items and test methods was made in terms of similarities and differences. The current develop- ment and shortcomings of China＇ s auto combination switch standards were indicated, and improvements were suggested. It provides references for further amendments of auto combination switch test methods and standards.
