磁粉对脉冲电解处理RO浓缩液效率影响的研究

摘  要:讨论了磁粉(Fe3O4)协同脉冲电解系统处理有机废水RO浓缩液的相关影响因素,包括磁粉对电流密度和电解时长的影响,以及磁粉量的变化对电解效果的影响。当磁粉投加量为1 600 mg/L、电解时长60 min时,COD去除率达到82.5%,氨氮去除率达到72.3%,色度去除率达到97.2%;与未投加磁粉相比,各指标去除率分别提高了9.2%、11.5%、14.2%。试验表明,磁粉与脉冲电解的协同作用明显地提高了废水的处理效果,而且减少了能耗。The paper discusses the influence factors of magnetic powders( Fe3O4) and pulse electrolysis system for the treatment of organic wastewater RO concentrate,including the influences of magnetic powder on current density and electrolysis time,as well as the changes of magnetic powder on electrolysis efficiency. When the optimal dosage of the magnetic powders is 1 600 mg /L and electrolysis time is 60 mins,the removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen and colour can reach 82. 5%,72. 3% and 97. 2% respectively. Compared with the pulse electrolysis system of no adding magnetic powder,the removal rates of each index have increased by 9. 2%,11. 5% and 14. 2% respectively.The test shows that the magnetic powder and pulse electrolysis synergy can obviously improve wastewater treatment effects and reduce energy consumption.
