摘　　要：介绍了北京市海淀区某污水处理厂水解酸化-A2/O工艺的调试及运行情况,分析探讨了该处理工艺的特点以及运行过程中出现的问题,并针对这些问题采取了一系列措施。监测结果表明,该工艺运行可靠,出水水质稳定,达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。The commissioning and operation situation of a certain sewage treatment plant by hydrolysis acidification and A2/O process in Haidian district of Beijing city is introduced. The treatment process characteristics and problems in operation are discussed and also some measures are proposed based on the analysis. The operation results indicate that the process operation is reliable and the final effluent is stable,which can achieve the first class（ A） of＂Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant＂（ GB 18918—2002）.
