妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘中Ghrelin水平变化及意义

摘　　要：目的研究妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中Ghrelin水平的变化及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测70例妊娠期高血压疾病患者(妊娠期高血压疾病组,其中妊娠期高血压25例、轻度子痫前期24例、重度子痫前期21例)及22例正常妊娠妇女(对照组)胎盘组织中Ghrelin的表达水平。结果妊娠期高血压疾病组与对照组比较胎盘组织中Ghrelin表达明显降低(P<0.05)。妊娠期高血压组、轻、重度子痫前期组间Ghrelin表达逐渐降低,差异有显著性(P均<0.05)。结论 Ghrelin水平降低可能与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病及病情发展有关。Objective： To study changes of Ghrelin in placenta of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and the clinical significance. Methods： The expressions of Ghrelin in placental were detected from 70 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy （HDCP group） and 22 nomal pregnant women （control group） by immunohistochemistry. Results： The expressions of Ghrelin in the placenta of HDCP group were significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05） . The expressions of Ghrelin in gestational hypertension, mind preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia group were gradually decreased, there were significantly different, among the three groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusions： The decreased levels of Ghrelin might play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
