摘　　要：介绍了Web2.0的定义,阐述了Web2.0的实现技术,探讨了Web2.0环境下图书馆信息服务的对象、工具、内容及资源共享,分析了Web2.0时代图书馆用户信息服务的内涵,包括搭建用户服务互动平台、组织Web2.0技术的用户教育、提供个性化的信息服务、开展知识共建共享服务等。This paper introduces the definition of Web 2.0, expounds some implementation techniques of Web 2.0, probes into the objects, tools and contents of library’s user information services and the resources sharing in library’s user information services in Web 2.0 age, and analyzes the connotations of library’s user information services in Web 2.0 age, which include erecting the user service interactive platform, organizing the user education of Web 2.0 technique, providing the personalized information service, and carrying out the knowledge co-construction and sharing service, etc.
