摘　　要：以华东师范大学图书馆文献传递服务2009—2013年间接收的外馆申请为数据来源,分析了历年来的申请变化趋势,阐述了对文献传递服务现状的思考。Taking the outside applications received by the library of East China Normal University in its document delivery service in the period of 2009-2013 as the data source, this paper analyzes the change trend of the applications over the years, and expounds the considerations about the current status of the document delivery service.
