摘　　要：详细介绍了《2013澳大利亚中小学图书馆调查报告》的调查目的和对象,通过分析调查报告的调查结果,得知中小学图书馆资金预算和人员编制水平与学生阅读素养结果成正相关关系。这一结果可为我国中小学图书馆建设和中小学图书馆价值研究提供借鉴。This paper introduces in detail thd investigation purposes and objects of〈2013 Survey Report of Australian Middle and Primary School Libraries〉and through analyzing the investigation results of this report, finds that the capital budget and staffing level of Australian middle and primary school libraries are positively correlated with the results of students’ reading literacy, which provides references for the construction of China’s middle and primary school libraries and the research of the value of middle and primary school libraries.
