摘 要:目的探讨运用微电极阵列(MEA)技术在体记录及分析兔右室场电位(FP)的可行性。方法将8只大耳兔麻醉后,气管插管,侧卧位固定于家兔固定器上,侧位开胸,充分暴露右心室,将微阵列电极片贴于右室心外膜表面,记录FP图形并对其进行分析。测量2个FP峰值间距(ISI)、FP时间(FPmin与FP max的时间间距,FPdur)、从FPmin到基线所需时间(FPrise),并计算电传导速度(CV)。结果兔的平均(32极)ISI为325.77 ms,最大ISI为328.83 ms,最小ISI 323.33 ms;平均FPdur为104.14 ms,最大FPdur为114.59 ms,最小FPdur为85.20 ms;平均FPrise为259.41 ms,最大FPrise为276.00 ms,最小FPrise为243.27 ms;CV为58.96 cm/s。结论 MEA技术可运用于在体动物实验并记录出良好的FP。Objective To discuss the feasibility of using microelectrode arrays to record the field potential of the rabbit right ventricle in vivo. Methods The eight rabbits were anesthetized with 9% sodium pentobarbital followed by tracheal intubation with artificial ventilation. Then the rabbits were exposed the antero-lateral right ventricular and a high-resolution multielectrode was put on them, using microelectrode array (MEA) data acquisition system to monitor. Results The av- erage value of ISI was 325.77 ms, the maximum value of ISI was 328.83 ms, the minimum value of ISI was 323.33 ms. The average value of FPdur was 104.14 ms, the maximum value of FPdur was 114.59 ms, the minimum value of FPdur was 85.20 ms. The average value of FPrise was 259.41 ms, the maximum value of FPrise was 276.00 ms, the minimum value of FPrise was 243.27 ms. The average value of conduction velocity was 58.96 cm/s. Conclusion MEA technology could record the field potential of experimental animals in vivo.
