摘　　要：作为成员自愿联合的互助组织,农民专业合作社发展的动力和目标是改善社员的经济利益,建立健全公平合理的利益机制是我国农民专业合作社发展中的关键问题。研究在分析农民专业合作社利益机制及利益形式的基础上,结合我国农民专业合作社发展的实际和成员构成异质性的特征,提出了我国农民专业合作社利益机制构建的总体思路及具体对策。Trade-specific artels of farmers are the organizations of mutual help set up out of the farmers ＇ own will and aim to improve the financial interests of all the members. It is crucial to build up a fair and proper interest mechanism in such organizations by taking into consideration the actuality of the development of trade-specific artels in Chinese rural areas and the heterogeneity of the memebers.
