浅析高校教师领办社会工作机构中的管理伦理议题

摘　　要：高校教师领办社会工作机构已经成为我国社会工作事业发展过程中的有益补充,随着高校教师领办机构数量不断增加,在社会工作机构运行中出现的各类质疑已经影响了机构的发展。尤其是高校教师的"身份叠错"带来了社会工作管理中的有关双重关系与多重关系的议题。本文在总结当前高校教师领办社会工作机构现状的基础上,提出应重视社会工作伦理在机构行政与机构管理中的重要意义,并尝试提出解决机构伦理议题的措施。University teachers took the lead in social work agencies have become a social work career development of our country in a useful supplement, as the number of agencies which university teachers lead increased lead to all kinds of doubts arise in social work agency operation has affected the development agencies. Especially the university teachers' identity stack fault brought issues related to dual relationship management and multiple relationships in social work. This paper summarizes the current status quo of University Teachers leading the social work agencies, based on the proposed work should pay attention to the importance of social ethics in the administrative and institutional management bodies and try to propose solutions to institutional ethical issues.
