摘 要:生病讳医是由信徒对所患疾病的不合理认知引起的,其负面影响在于既耽误了疾病的有效治疗,也使得信徒生活在担忧"魔鬼上身"的恐惧之中。为此,改变信徒对疾病的非理性认知是社会工作干预的关键所在。结合西方理性情绪疗法相关理论和苏北Z村的实际情况,本文以H为个案,呈现并分析了社会工作干预的过程。具体而言,干预包括诊断、纠正和巩固三个阶段,其中"借力打力"是干预采用的主要策略,即在对信徒观念表示认同的前提下,找出其认知逻辑中的漏洞,进而反过来引导信徒产生合理的逻辑认知,最终改变其形成的"所患疾病是魔鬼病"的非理性认知。Taboo of going to a doctor is caused by Christian irrational belief about disease, which will not only delay the effective treatment of the disease, but also make the Christian life into a state of worrying about 'the devil invading body'. And for social work intervention, changing Christian irrational belief is a key factor. Combining western rational-emotive therapy with the actual situation in Z Village, north of Jiangsu Province, we use H as a case to present and analyze the process of social work intervention.Specifically, the intervention consists of three stages: diagnosis, correction and consolidation. Drawing support through God's power is the main strategy which means that social workers should point out the logical loopholes in H's belief, and then in turn guide H to produce a kind of reasonable and logical cognition, ultimately changing his irrational belief about'devil's disease'.
