摘　　要：与城市社区相比,广大农村虽然经受了三十余年市场经济的精神洗礼,但是在本质上还属于"传统社区","传统社区"维系关系的纽带是以血缘、亲属和相互熟悉为基础的亲情、伦理、良心和习俗,伦理在其社区治理中具有特殊的意义。石家庄市藁城市(县级市)岗上村充分发挥伦理,特别是传统伦理的社会治理功能,以《功德录》为载体,不断进行农村社区治理的实践探索,取得了明显的治理效果。Compared with the urban community,the rural although survived more than 30 years＆#39; the spirit baptism of the market economy,but also belongs to the ＆quot;traditional community＆quot; in essence,the relationship between ＆quot;traditional community＆quot;to maintain the bond is based on consanguinity,relatives and affection,conscience,ethics and customs based on familiar with each other＆#39;s,ethics has special significance in the community governance. Shijiazhuang Gaocheng （county-level cities） hills village give full play to ethics,especially the social governance functions of traditional ethics,take merits record as the carrier,ongoing practice exploration of the rural community governance,has obtained the obvious governance effect.
