论我国农产品供应链管理——基于沃尔玛供应链管理的启示

摘　　要：农产品具有很短的周期性,需要高效供应链系统实现其价值。中国农产品在销售渠道上出现的信息阻塞,渠道匮乏、杂乱,运输成本大、监管不足现象,导致实物、资金和信息流通不畅,供需不符,农民财富不能转换,食品安全不能保障。农产品供应不畅还可能导致消费者需求萎缩,不利于农业发展。因此,我们应借鉴沃尔玛供应链管理方面的经验,注重整合供应链、加强产品安全监督、加强信息流通管理、降低成本及采用科技技术,从而增强农产品流通性,提高我国基础产业的发展水平。Agricultural products are periodic. It needs efficient supply chain system to realize the value quickly. The ineffec-tive phenomenon on agricultural products sales include information blocking,sales channels insufficiency,large cost of trans-portation and lack of regulation,which makes the physical flow,funds flow and information flow separated. As a result,the supply and demand can not meet,and the wealth of famers can not convert into money,which is harm to the farmers. As for the information blocking,the security of the agriculture products can not be guaranteed. The poor supply may shrink the need of the customers which is bad for agriculture development. So we should learn the experience of supply chain manage-ment in Wal-mart,pay attention to integrate supply chain,strengthen product safety supervision,reinforce information circu-lation management,reduce cost and adopt science and technology,thus to enhance agricultural products negotiability and im-prove the development level of our country＆#39;s basic industry.
