摘 要:在生态影响研究过程和管理政策决策过程中,如何确定工程影响范围是值得关注的问题。围填海工程改变海岸和海洋水体结构,造成工程周边生态影响。由于藻类是海洋的初级生产力,其浓度变化是环境与生态影响的直观反映,所以本文针对围填海工程藻类变化影响范围,提出了一种基于空间数据集成技术的确定方法。该方法首先采用决策层数据融合技术将多种藻类数据融合;其次,通过空间数据的变化检测,对钦州湾近海区域藻类浓度变化进行分析;最后,根据所得围填海工程藻类影响区域空间分布数据确定影响范围。此方法适用于类工程行为对生态对象影响范围的确定,可为确定生态规划红线提供参考。How to determine the scope of the project impact, that was a problem worth studying in the course of the study and management of ecological impact policy-making process. Since algae was the primary productivity of marine, the concentration change was the directly reflect of environmental and ecological impacts, so a method based on spatial data integration was proposed to determine the scope of coast reclamation impact on algae. Firstly, Several algae data were integrated based on decision-making data fusion technologies;Secondly, the algae concentrations in Qinzhou Bay offshore areas were analyzed using spatial data change detection; Finally, the scope of the coast reclamation project impact on algae was determined, according to the obtained spatial distribution data. This method would apply to determine of the scope of engineering activity impact on ecological objects, and ecological planning red line.
