摘　　要：本文设计的是一台钻柴油机机体三面43孔的组合钻床。设计专用夹具,使43个钻头同时加工,可以大量提高生产效率,满足生产需求。专用夹具具有夹紧可靠、定位准确的优点,孔的钻削位置精度可达±0.15mm,完全可以满足工件加工要求。Aimed at special fixture design. The 43 drills can work at the same time; it can improve production efficiency and meet the production requirements. The special fixture has the advantages of accurate position and clamping well. The drilling location accuracy can get 0.15mm, meet the processing requirements.
