摘　　要：目的探讨大面积脑梗死临床表现、影像学表现及治疗方法。方法回顾分析24例大面积脑梗死患者临床表现、影像学表现及治疗方法。结果本组患者存活14例,存活率58.3%。结论大面积脑梗死病情重、并发症多、致残率及死亡率高,重在预防。Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations,imaging findings and treatment of massive cerebral infarction. Methods Analyze the clinical manifestations,imaging findings and treatment of 24 cases with massive cerebral infarction retrospectively. Results There are 14 survival cases, the survival rate is 58.3%. Conclusion Massive cerebral infarction has a serious condition, more complications, high morbidity and mortality,so we should focus on prevention.
