摘　　要：目的探讨脾破裂的超声临床价值。方法选取26例脾破裂患者超声诊断资料进行分析。结果脾破裂患者超声诊断,脾被膜下血肿5例,脾实质挫伤7例,脾破裂并出血13例,1例误诊,诊断符合率96.2%。结论 B超是一种价廉、方便、无损伤、易重复的检查,且可在病房床边进行检查,临床应用非常广泛。ObjectiveThe clinical value of ultrasound diagnosis of splenic rupture is to be investigated.Methods The ultrasound diagnosis data of 26 cases with splenic rupture are selected to analyze.Results Based on the ultrasound diagnosis of splenic rupture, there are 5 cases with hematoma under the spleen envelope,7 cases with spleen parenchyma contusion,13 cases with splenic rupture and hemorrhage, 1 cases of misdiagnosis with 96.2% of diagnosis coincidence rate.Conclusion With widely clinical application and no damage, B ultrasound which is a cheap, convenient and easy-to-recheck diagnosis can be used by the bed of ward.
