面神经炎实施西医结合针灸治疗可行性和有效性

摘　　要：目的：对面神经炎患者实施西医结合针灸治疗的临床可行性进行分析。方法临床选取本院2013年6月～2014年6月实施治疗的50例面神经炎患者，并将其分成两组，对照组25例患者单纯实施西医治疗，观察组25例患者则实施西医结合针灸治疗。对比分析两组患者临床疗效。结果和对照组患者的临床总治疗有效率80.0%相比，观察组患者的96.0%，具有明显优势，两者差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论在面神经炎临床治疗中，实施西医结合针灸临床治疗方案实施治疗，能够对患者临床治疗有效率进行明显提高，值得推广。ObjectiveFacial neuritis patients combined with acupuncture therapy clinical feasibility analysis of the implementation of Western medicine. Methods Clinical select 50 cases of facial neuritis patients in June 2013-June 2014,and divided into two groups,25 cases in the control group with simple implementation of Western medicine treatment,the observation group of 25 cases patients of acupuncture combined with Western medicine. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.Results The effective rate was 80% compared with control the total clinical patients in the treatment group, the patients in observation group 96%, has obvious advantages,they are significantly different （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of facial paralysis, acupuncture treatment combined with clinical treatment plan implementation implementation of Western medicine, to the clinical management of patients with effective rate were improved significantly, worthy of promotion.
