摘　　要：综述近 10年来针灸改善心肌缺血作用机理研究。针灸通过中枢神经系统、心血管活性物质、心肌局部调节及抗氧自由基等方面作用 ,改善心肌缺血后心脏血流动力学紊乱 ,促进心肌恢复正常代谢 ,调整心肌收缩力 ,纠正心律失常。今后 。Studies on mechanisms of acupuncture and moxibustion in improvement of myocardial ischemia in recent 10 years were reviewed .The studies indicate that acupuncture and moxibustion can improve cardiac hemodynamics disturbance, promote recovery of the normal metabolism of myocardium, regulate myocardial contractibility and correct arrhythmia through the central nervous system, local myocardial regulation, enhancing anti oxidation and others. In future, the mechanism should further be studied from cellular and molecular levels.
