摘  要:通过浸渍/高压炭化工艺在不同炭化压力下制备了高温煤沥青炭块及沥青基炭/炭(C/C)复合材料,并研究了不同炭化压力环境下对其密度和孔隙的影响.结果表明,随着炭化压力增大,沥青炭体积密度明显增加,孔隙填充效果明显改善;在编织C/C材料的致密过程中,压力越大其孔隙越小,分布越均匀,故产品致密效果越好.High temperature pitch derived carbon bulk and pitch matrix carbon-carbon composite were prepared by PIC process at different pressures. Bulk density,porosity of carbon bulk and carbon-carbon composite obtained were determined.The results indicated that the bulk density of pitch derived carbon increase and porosity decrease as the pressure increase. The greater the pressure, the smaller the pore and the more uniform the distribution,so the effect of densification is better.
