摘 要:目的明确干法普通过磷酸钙生产企业产生的职业病危害因素,分析和评价其危害程度,提出相应的职业病控制措施。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测等方法收集数据和资料,结合调查结果,对该企业产生的职业危害程度作出分析和评价。结果该厂产生的职业病危害因素主要有粉尘、化学毒物(硫酸、氟化氢等)和噪声,粉尘检测结果合格率为80.0%,硫酸检测结果合格率为100%,氟化氢检测结果合格率为零,氟化氢作业分级为Ⅲ级(重度危害作业),工作岗位噪声检测合格率为55.6%。结论该企业采取的职业病危害防护措施不能有效地将粉尘、氟化氢等职业病危害因素控制在职业接触限值以内,应着重改善作业环境,完善防护措施,控制有害因素的浓度和强度,防止职业病的发生。[Objective]To find out the occupational hazards in a dry calcium superphosphate production enterprise,analyze and evaluate its damage degree,put forward the corresponding control measures.[Methods]The data and information were collected by occupational health field investigation and detection. Combined with the results of survey,the degree of occupational hazards in this enterprise was analyzed and evaluated.[Results]The main occupational hazards existed in this enterprise were dust,chemical toxicant( sulfuric acid,hydrogen fluoride,etc) and noise. The qualified rate of dust,sulfuric acid and hydrogen fluoride were80. 0%,100% and 0. The work classification of hydrogen fluoride was Ⅲ( severe damage work),the qualified rate of noise in workplaces was 55. 6%.[Conclusion]The preventive measures of occupational hazards adopted by the enterprise can not effectively control the dust and hydrogen fluoride within the occupational exposure limits. It should focus on improving the working environment,improve the protective measures,control the concentration and intensity of the occupational hazards factors,prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases.
