摘　　要：目的了解ICU护士工作压力现状及其影响因素,为减轻ICU护士工作压力提供科学依据。方法 2013年10月,对唐山市工人医院13个重症监护室的204名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士工作轻度压力41人,占20.1%;中度压力144人,占70.6%;重度压力19人,占9.3%。多元回归分析发现,ICU护士工作压力受医院待遇满意度、对工作环境满意度、社会支持和患者病情的影响(P<0.05)。结论 ICU护士工作压力呈中度水平,应引起高度重视。[Objective]To understand the current status and its influencing factors of work stress among ICU nurses,provide a scientific basis for alleviating the work stress of ICU nurses.[Methods]A total of 204 ICU nurses from 13 ICU of Tangshan Workers＇ Hospital were investigated by questionnaires in October 2013.[Results]There were 41 nurses with mild work stress,accounted for20. 1%; 144 nurses with moderate work stress,accounted for 70. 6%; 19 nurses with severe work stress,accounted for 9. 3%.Multiple regression results showed that the work stress of ICU nurses affected by pay satisfaction,work environment satisfaction,social support and patients＇ condition（P〈0. 05）.[Conclusion]The work stress of ICU nurses is in moderate level,which should be paid enough attention.
