摘　　要：目的:探讨加替沙星注射液的不良反应,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:对莱阳市两所二、三级医院近5年有关加替沙星注射液药品不良反应的病例报告44例进行统计综合分析。结果:患者不良反应累及5大系统,10种临床表现,以皮肤及附属器和消化系统损害为多占84.06%。静脉滴注加替沙星注射液后77.27%在30min内患者出现不良反应。结论:加替沙星注射液临床不良反应较集中,出现时间较集中,要注意防范。Objective：To provide clinical reference of Gatifloxacin injection for medication safety by investigating its adverse reactions. Methods：44 case repots of adverse reactions of Gatifloxacin injection from two hospitals （ secondary and tertiary hospitals） in Laiyang in the past 5 years were analyzed. Results：The adverse reactions of Gatifloxacin injection involved 5 organ systems and 10 symptoms. 84. 06% of adverse reactions occurred in skin and accessories and digestive system. 77. 27% adverse reactions occurred within 30 minutes after infusion. Conclusions：The adverse reactions of Gatifloxacin injection are concentrated, and most appear within 30 minutes after infusion. Therefore, the doctors should pay attention to its adverse reactions and prevent them.
