摘 要:针对软土地基上吹填造陆工程中真空预压法加固软土地基和吹填淤泥工期较长、效果较差的问题,提出了堆载吹填淤泥并同步真空预压加固技术,将吹填淤泥加固及软土地基加固两阶段施工整合到一个真空预压周期内完成,大幅度缩短了造陆工期。试验结果表明:该技术有效解决了常规真空预压法中上部吹填淤泥变形过大,影响下部软土地基加固效果的问题,并且充分利用吹填淤泥的自重,无须额外的堆载材料,即可使软土地基处于真空联合堆载预压的加固模式,进一步提高了加固效果。In hydraulic fill reclamation projects, the construction duration is long when the vacuum preloading method is used to improve soft ground and hydraulic fill. However, the effectiveness of improvement is relatively poor. To overcome these problems, a ground treatment technique is proposed for land reclamations with hydraulic fills on soft soils. This technique utilizes the hydraulic fills as a surcharge loading for the soft soils, and then synchronously applies vacuum preloading to both the soft soils and the hydraulic fills. By using this technique, two separate construction phases of improving soft soils and hydraulic fills are merged into a single construction period. Thus, construction time can be greatly shortened. Field test results show that the proposed technique effectively eliminates the influence of excessive deformations of the upper hydraulic fills on the improvement effectiveness of the lower soft soils in the conventional vacuum preloading technique. With no recourse to any other surcharge materials, the soft soils can be improved by vacuum combined surcharge preloading. It further promotes the effectiveness of soil improvement.
